FAQ
- Are orders automatically confirmed once they have been processed on the Wholesale Portal site?
- No, you will receive a separate confirmation email from Mindzai Wholesale team.
- Am I guaranteed to receive the amount of items I ordered?
- No. We will need to confirm inventory with our warehouse teams and/or manufacturing. We'll be sure to communicate with you about delays.
- How long will it take to receive my order?
- It will depend. In-stock items located in Toronto or New York are usually shipped within 3 business days.
- However, for many of our items that are located in our China warehouses, our team requires 3-10 business days to prepare inventory. Once an order is processed and leaves our warehouses, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
- Pre-order items have changing dates and will depend on manufacturer.
- What is a credit card pre-authorization? Did my credit card actually get charged this amount?
- In most cases, we will charge for the order at the time of checkout which is "authorized" meaning that we actually take the funds from the account.
- If you are a wholesale customer paying with a credit card on file, you will initially see a pre-authorization appear on the credit card on file when your order is released for processing. The pre-authorization is the total of product + an estimation of shipping.
- Once your order ships, this pre-authorization will drop off and you will see a charge for the total cost of product + the actual shipping cost. In most cases, the pre-authorization charge is larger than what will be charged.
- Can I pre-sell an item in my store or online?
- Yes...and No. It depends. Certain brands do allow for pre-orders and others do not. But for the brands that do, we encourage it. However, from time to time, there are brands and/or items that do not allow for pre-orders. We will communicate this on the product page.
- Can I markdown an item from suggested retail pricing (SRP)?
- You can offer short term, time limited sales on items but we do reserve the right to restrict your account if we find that the pricing is different than what is suggested.
- How do I update my credit card on file?
- If you're a customer that uses an authorization form, please update the Credit Card Authorization Form here. If you're a customer that purchases directly on the portal, you can sign into your account and simply update your credit card during checkout.
- Can I pre-order future releases?
- Yes. If we offer it on the Mindzai Wholesale Portal and is a pre-order item, it is available for you to order but know that payment is taken upfront.
- How do I know if a product's release date has changed?
- In general, you can also contact our team. Things can change and we aren't always updated from manufacturers.
- What is a HARD release date?
- A HARD release date means that you may not allow for the item to be shipped or given to the customer before the release date.
- What do I do if I receive a defective product?
- Contact our wholesale team at our contact page.
- Where do you ship from?
- It depends, some products are located in our warehouse in Toronto, some in New York
- Many of the items are shipped directly from our warehouse located in either Hangzhou, China or Shenzhen, China.

How does the payment extension work?
- Once approved, you can choose to extend your payments from 4 weeks up to 52 weeks. This gives you the flexibility to manage your cash flow better and make strategic investments in your inventory and business operations.

What are the interest rates for Tabit?
- Our pricing is competitive and transparent. The rates range from 0% -12.99% depending on how long you choose. 0-8 weeks is 0%
- Can I use Tabit more than once?
- Yes, Tabit works as a revolving credit facility. Once you’re approved, you can use it repeatedly for your purchases without the need to reapply.
- How quickly can I get approved and start using Tabit?
- The approval process is designed to be quick. Once you submit your application, you can expect a response shortly, and upon approval, you can start using Tabit right away.

How will I pay my installments?

Payments will only start when your order ships! If it takes a while for your order to ship, Tabit will not charge your until your order is on the way. Once your order has shipped, Tabit will being debiting the amouts you selected from the bank account you selected in your application. Should you wish to update your bank account information, contact the Tabit support team.
- When will my first payment be debited from my account?
- As soon as the order has shipped, your first payment will be debited from the account you selected during your Tabit sign up process. Your Tabit payments can be viewed at anytime from your tabit account dashboard.
- Can I change the bank account my payments are coming from?
- Yes, simply send a copy of a void cheque or direct deposit (PAD) form to the Tabit support team at support@tabit.ai. These documents can be downloaded from your bank's online portal. Bank account changes may take up to 2 business days to complete.
